Anyone know if there is there a way to delete a Milestone if you aren't using the Usage Tracker on C360?
This 2-year old idea is still under consideration to get a Mass Edit for Milestones, but setting that aside: what if I just need to delete one here and there if something errantly gets logged as a milestone?
Since we're using MDA for our usage data and (to the best of my knowledge) the Usage Tracker still doesn't work with MDA curious to know if anyone has figured out a way to delete milestones without having to go through Gainsight Support.
+4We tried enabling Delete SF permissions on a different object, and the pencil/eyeball disappeared from the C360 section. I have a ticket opened on that. I assume the same would happen here.
