Is there a way to have a continuous feed into the NPS tab within Gainsight?

Hi All,

This requirement came via customer but since it cannot be achieved with the current design in place, I am posting in here-

Request- If we leverage a third party to conduct NPS, is there a way to have a continuous feed into the NPS tab within Gainsight? I found this help doc (https://support.gainsight.com/Surveys/Examples_and_Tutorials/Load_3rd_Party_NPS_Results_to_Gainsight) but it only addresses one-time loads. I'm looking to solve for the use case where NPS is served up in-app and is always on.

Basically, looking for an automated way to load the 3rd party NPS responses multiple times in Gainsight NPS tab?

Thanks

~Shiv

Hey Shiv,

One solution that I know works well (we do this with all of our surveys), is if the survey vendor the customer is using has a Salesforce integration, they can map the survey to the NPSResponse object in Salesforce. Then, survey responses would be displayed in Gainsight as soon as the survey provider sends responses to Salesforce, in our case, almost instantaneously.

They'd just need to follow the first of the step in the doc you linked to (i.e. setup a survey in Gainsight) and then snag the survey ID and include that in the survey mapping to Salesforce (SurveyID > Survey Code on the NPSResponse object).

Hope this helps 🙂
