I have a playbook in which I am modifying tasks. In the task there is a Owner component which I want to fill as CSM. However, I get two options for CSM:

1) relationship->CSM, and

2) company->CSM.

Could you please advise what is the difference between the two and which one should be chosen?

Hi @rkumar

If you choose Company->CSM : what it means is that when the playbook is assigned to a CTA...the owner of the task will be the CSM of the company.

If you choose Relationship->CSM : what it means is that when the playbook is assigned to a CTA...the owner of the task will be the CSM of the relationship to which the CTA belongs.

In your use-case, if the owner of the tasks is always the owner of the CTA...then you can assign it to the CTA->Owner.

Let me know if that helps
