I have a rule that pushes a comments field to SFDC from Gainsight. After it pushes to SFDC, I need to clear out that comments field in Gainsight. If I make the clearing of the comments field a child to the push to SFDC, how does that work for partial success in the push to SFDC?
If the push to SFDC is successful for 80/100, will the child rule to clear the comments field only run on the 80 that were successful?
If so, is that the best way to do that? I thought about adding the clearing of the field as a second action within the Load to SFDC rule after it loads, but wasn’t sure if the 2nd action would run if the 1st one failed on a record.
