We currently have CC, CE and PX. We would like to build a KC Bot that shows relative content for each specific page they land on. We currently have this built out through CC, but would like to move it to PX to also take advantage of self-guided KC bot.
I know we can simply push them to CC and CE through cards, but can the bot pull this dynamic content to show specific items per page landed on?

@jadkins.iiq - That’s already possible to some extent in Gainsight PX with the recommended content features. See:
The caveat is that recommended content doesn’t show up directly in the KC bot. Customers on the applicable screen see a message at the top of the KC bot that there is content along with how much content is available. They then have to click the message to see the content.

The best way to do this in PX Knowledge Center Bot would be to use the Recommended Content feature. With that option, you could use the URL rules to include page specific PX Engagements, KB Content, custom PX Articles, and direct links to content in other locations.
