Commmunity - Turn off a person's notificaitons

Wilder-Clari

In Gainsight’s Community -- How do I go into a person's profile and turn off their notifications?

Hey @Wilder-Clari ! To my knowledge, the user has to update their notifications by going to their profile, clicking on edit profile, then selecting notifications. As a Gainsight CC admin, I can not go into the User Overview dashboard and change the notification preferences for a user.

Depending on what you are trying to accomplish, you might find these articles helpful:

Maybe the question is if can I log in as another user? Then I could change their permissions
