Currently when you receive a notification that you have been tagged on the timeline the email does not include the account or relationship name. Is it possible to include the account and relationship name in the email notification?

Add account name to email when tagged in a timeline comment
We do add Account/Relationship name in the notification body. If you are refering to email subject then yes we are not adding Account/Relationship name there. You can check below image [Account10 is the Account name]
For example, we can in email templates by using a token.
