Comma separator for numeric value tokens in engagements

Hi all -

I am trying to create a comma separator format for numeric values that I am putting into engagements using tokens. When I put our current numeric values from custom account/user attributes into a engagement, the standard format is XXXX.0 (E.g. "You have collected 1043.0 emails with our platform). I want a way to automatically show the format with comma separators - X,XXX instead of XXXX.0 (e.g. "You have collected 1,043 emails with our platform"). Currently to remove the decimals we convert the custom attribute to a text field and send over "XXXX" (e.g. 1043), but haven't figured out how to do the comma separator. My BI guy is saying that we can't put commas in the format as commas are used to load the data format.

How can we solve this issue?

Below is an example. The example tag we use is {{Account.EmailsCollectedLast31Days|}}. When we convert the data attribute to text, we are able to get rid of the decimal, but we can't get the comma separator.

Hi Oskar,

Currently, we do not support formatting for numeric values in token (although it sounds like a good enhancement).

As a solution: You can send the data as text with the formatting they want and then use it in the tokens.
