It would improve the UI to allow for a Dropdown type of field for multiple-choice survey question responses, instead of a long list with checkboxes.
This would improve user experience significantly. The popup size is pretty large when you have more than 3 options to choose from so a single drop-down containing multiple values would be much simpler.
