Hello Team,
Can we retrieve the failed emails that were supposed to log to SFDC (when "Log to Salesforce" option is enabled).
This is because once logging to Task is failed with “Apex CPU time limit” error, we are not able to login them again to Task in SFDC.
If this cannot be done, can we update “Text body” in AO Emails object with token values instead of tokens.This would help multiple customers.
