Presently, the KC Bot differentiates between read and unread content (as well as category titles and subtitles) using an opacity style of 50% for read content titles and all subcategory titles. Based on customer feedback, this presents accessibility issues because the contrast ratio of those 50% opaque elements falls below the typical minimum standard (I think that minimum is ≥4.5:1, but not sure that’s up-to-date).
The request is to be able to differentiate between read and unread content (as well as category titles and subtitles) using color pickers instead of opacity. Similar to how the colors of the progress icons can be set now:
