We are using timeline entries to record when we put two customers in touch for a peer to peer “reference” call/discussion on a specific topic, such as a use case.
Currently, we have to create an entry on both customers’ timelines. I’d like the ability to add several companies to a timeline entry when creating that entry from the overall/general timeline so that the entry appears on both customers’ timelines AND, based on the companies selected, to be able to fetch external attendees from both companies’ associated persons. While we’re at it, let’s not limit this to two companies. Let’s just allow us to record entries that involved several companies.
This would save us time BUT would also increase our reporting accuracy.
