What is the VCAM about?

We want to understand the customer need for the proposed feature - 'Look-up from DD datasets to company/relationships objects in Gainsight'. At present, we don't allow customers to do look up to any GS object from DD datasets and there is a growing demand to start supporting this in DD. Therefore we would like to use this VCAM as a user research opportunity.and validate the approach we want to take
What is the Agenda of the VCAM?
To reconfirm
- why customers are asking for look ups and in under what circumstances (if any)?
- what can look up help them achieve?
- What is the problem with the status quo?
- what is the workaround if any which customers are doing?
- give them a walkthrough of the proposed Ui design and get their feedback/suggestions?
What is the outcome of this VCAM?

To understand the customers use cases, pain points and objective with look up and gather their feedback on our proposed solution
Who is the right person to Enroll?

Are you an admin who have used/uses DD extensively and have felt the need to have look up from DD datasets in Data Designer?
