We are a global company and are slowly beginning to incorporate additional languages into our community. The main thing we’re struggling to figure out at the moment is how we’re going to send customer emails in different languages. For example, we send a weekly newsletter and we’d like it to go out to customers in English, Dutch, and French based on their stored language through cookies.
Has anyone figured out how to do this? Or is there an alternative solution that’s worked for your community?
