Transferring question from ​@justo.casablanca from a different thread:

I need help debugging a Horizon rule. I’m updating the Company object. In the test run, the action branch says it should update over 300 records, but the action result is 1 PASS and 0 FAIL. Result is same for test run in sandbox and in production. Not sure if I’ve got something wrong or if I need to log a support case.

I’d like to understand if it is possible to associate metrics to only certain goals. It feels odd that all metrics are present for all goals. Also, we are having an issue updating the metrics once a goal is added. They just sort of hang and never save.

Hi Scott. I have 3 (hopefully quick) questions.

 

  1. The 1st is related to controller / dependent fields used in our Activities. I noticed the behavior is different between Sandbox and Production and just want to clarify if there is a bug vs. user error.

 

The 2nd and 3rd are related to JO and was hoping to receive some guidance:

 

  1. This one is related to properly configuring a flow where we want to create paths depending on if Email #1 is opened or not, however it needs to come after a set delay and I'm missing a step on how to get the Not Opened/Opened branch to activate based on the intended email in a flow (attaching a screenshot to illustrate where I'm stuck).

 

  1. This is related to walking through a Data Designer-sourced journey and ensuring we're going down the right path to properly build the audience. Had some issues with Update/Sync not going as expected and perhaps with just a few course corrections, I'll be off to the races with it.

Continuation of my need for calculation assistance from Tuesday’s session.

Need to send an NPS 3 months from created date and every 6 months thereafter (so 3rd and 9th month from created date). I have two fields on the company Created Date by Month (#) and Today’s Month (#).

Taking this month as an example (2), I need to return accounts with a created date 3 months prior or 6 months after today’s month (or 3 months and 9 months from start date). So accounts with 11 (November) and August (8).

Hi Scott, I also need help with a survey:

  • I’m using CSV file as the participant source. How can I keep the survey going indefinitely and just add more CSV files later?
  • In the sample CSV file provided by Gainsight there is a context id field. What is it?
  • How can I let the participant open the survey and change their answers after they clicked “Submit”?

Hi, Scott. We have success plans being assigned to an inactive profile. This particular person has one SF profile and two Gainsight profiles due to leaving the company and returning. Same email and same SF ID. We have changed username and email to no avail. Should we simply be asking Support to null the SF ID on the inactive profile?
