Hi Scott.  Running into some issues with Person model that I hope you can enlighten me on.

Hi Scott, 

I’m looking for a way to round robin assign CTAs on survey communications to a group of people.  I’ve created the group and assigned to a test communication but the CTA still defaulted to the “Default Owner” and not the user group.  Hoping you can direct me on how to get this to work as it will provide a huge efficiency boost for our leadership team to not have to constantly reassign CTA’s out to their teams.  This is the only documentation I can find on how to set this up and this did not work.

Management requesting Scorecard measurement Sentiment, score manually updated, to be moved from R360 to C360.

• Will this affect the Scorecard Sentiment at C360 which is currently a Rollup from R360? 
• How do I go about removing the R360 Scorecard as it will no longer be needed.

In a previous office hours I had shared an issue where a single decimal place # was being rounded up when I removed the decimal, rather than truncating (rounding down, or taking the ‘floor’). Several potential solutions were shared.

I’d like to share the solution I came up with in the end so it can be shared with others who may run into the same.
