Hi Evan,

I am working on creating a survey that will be delivered via CoPliot and I'm having trouble navigating the "Associated Object", "Associated Field" and Participant fields.  The survey is designed to allow users to update their own contact information.  Once the responses are captured, we will want to map these fields back to SFDC in order to update existing contact records.

I look forward to connecting with you and the team.

Thanks!

I feel like mine could be very similar to Kate's ^^.

We're running an NPSx for our ProServ team that used to be ran through SFDC. I'm looking for help on how to report on scores back up through the original Services Engagement in SFDC; basically look at average scores by region, owner, etc.

Hi Evan,

We want to use bionic rules to load opportunities into our company object so that we report on the health of upcoming renewals.

Thanks!

Hi Evan,

How can I go about marking a relationship of an active account as churned? Can I add a status field to relationships?

Many thanks,

Pele

I know this might be a late submission, but my team wants me to reorganize our CTA Reasons by each CTA Type.

Currently we have about 50 reasons and they show up in "All" CTA types and we would like to better segment our reasons per each CTA Type - Risk, Opportunity, Event, etc.

I'm realizing I cannot delete or deactivate a reason from the "All" category if the record/CTA exists.

My question is: What is the best way to segment the reasons per CTA Type if those reasons are already in use? In other words, how can I remove the reasons from All and move them to the appropriate Risk, Opportunity, or Event type?

Would it involve Extracting all the CTA reasons into a .CSV file, deleting the CTAs, and then importing and mapping the Reasons to the new CTA types, or something like that?
