Hi Team,

At the moment, it doesn't appear that Gainsight has a native tool which allows you to connect to an S3 bucket and upload files. I know that there are two tools (Cyberduck and an independent Chrome Extension). Several times in dealing with customers, they have run into issues with these tools. Support doesn't have the ability to troubleshoot and/or fix any issues with these third party tools.

The ask is that Gainsight creates an interface/tool which is owned and supported by Gainsight which allows users to leverage our S3 capabilities without needed a third party tool for manual access into the bucket.

Can I vote for this 50 times?

I've had decent success using Cyberduck ('cept every time I drop off VPN it breaks the connection) but what I would really like to see is something built into Gainsight that allows me to upload, view, delete, etc files directly from within the Gainsight interface.

It's a pain to have to fire up Cyberduck and connect anytime I want to look in the bucket.
