US Admin Office Hours SPECIAL TOPIC THURSDAY 8/4: CLOSED LOOP SURVEY FOLLOW UP - Pre-session Thread

The first 20 minutes of Tuesday’s Office Hours this week (1pm PT / 2pm MT / 3pm CT / 4pm ET) will be focused on any configuration questions following our closed loop survey webinar last week. Here is the link to the recording for reference.

 

Topics to be covered include: 

  • Survey setup
  • Journey Orchestrator Program setup
    • CTAs and/or emails that trigger based on survey responses
  • How to configure Slack connection
  • How to configure individual external APIs once Slack is set up

As usual there is no need to register for the sessions. If you have a question, please post below or join the meeting. I will go in order of posts below or joining the session. Thanks!

    If there is time, I am having issues with a Gross Churn Formula.

    Formula: ((Total Gross Churn/Total Prior Amount)-1). Is there a way not to have to aggregate the final number when adding it to a report?
