Curious to see how many of you have possibly created a JO event that will trigger when an assignee or status of a CTA changes?  I am not seeing this is possible since the assignee and status fields are static.  Any suggestions on setting this up?  TIA

@ablnsj I created a field on Call to Action called Status Yesterday and basically, set up a rule to tag it daily.  Then, I could do a comparison between the current status and the status the rule tagged.  If they were different, trigger the JO.

Thanks @heather_hansen I was hoping GS would have a way to do this using the existing Status and Assignee fields but does not sound like it.  Thanks for the work around.
