HI Team, We’ve got a request from customer.
In the tableau report builder user not able to see all the records, and able to see the last 180 days' records only. User overall goal is to have all the records form system and custom object reports.(Call to action and success plan related objects)
Currently we have limitation in the tableau reports that we can get display records for only the last 180 days, provided you apply a filter on the CreateDate field.

The work around I can think of is to use the respective APIs to transfer the data.

This is really frustrating to experience only 180 days data can be extracted into Tableau and I am sure many other customers would be facing the same issue. We have multiple Tableau dashboards lined up for our company’s vertical heads to showcase the data/projects that are been tracked via Gainsight. And with this limitation, it is inturn showing incorrect data on the dashboards and also reflecting bad product capabilities/support for Gainsight.
Hence, could you provide a way to connect to Gainsight in some other way(other than WDC) with Tableau to get the complete data. Or if there is none can you add this as a enhancement on your end.
