Ability to do functions with SFDC without leaving Gainsight (Example: Expand Opportunities or Contacts) in Gainsight and in a CTA
In general, yes we want to enable users to update / sync relevant areas into SF e.g. timeline. We could use more details on this particular use case and impact.
