Scheduling a rule to fire a CTA for a QBR - Automated way?

Hello,

Today we have a kludgey rule in place to schedule CTAs to fire for QBRs for our clients. Is there a way to make it automated so it doesn't have to be a calculation exercise?

Hi Scott,
There's an idea I posted here, that I think would be readily adaptable: https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/how-do-you-create-a-powerlist-rule-based-on-an-anni...

Basically, you could have a calculated field on the Account or CustomerInfo that indicated whether the customer is on a cycle where they have a QBR in the first, second, or third month of each quarter. Then your Rule would just need to look for "Okay, it's April -- schedule a QBR for all customers who are on a cycle of first-month-of-each-quarter."

I like the Life Cycle fields on the Customer Info object for this too.
