Currently we do not support mass edit reports in success snapshots.  We would like to see the ability to support these reports when running success snapshots.

Hi Chris,

A Mass Edit Report typically has one record for one company. If we allow it in Success Snapshot, you would mostly be seeing it in 1 row (except in some cases). Also, the number of columns in that table would be equal to the number of measures. In most scenarios, we would be unable to fit them in one slide. These are the challenges I see in allowing Mass Edit report as a whole in Success Snapshot.

How does allowing scorecard measures as tokens in success snapshot sound? That is something we can explore.

I have the same request for a customer I'm currently working with. They will want to include the health of each product (Relationship) and 4 scorecard measures within the Success Snapshot. The inability to include the Scorecard Mass Edit reports makes this extremely challenging. I understand the challenges for customers that have many scorecard measures and not being able to fit them all in the slide. However, I think most customers will only want to share 3-5 key measures with the customer and not the entire scorecard.

Resurfacing this because it seems to have been dropped. Here’s our use-case: we’d like to run some dynamic reporting in a Success Snapshot, showing multiple Relationships for the filtered customer and a selection of health score measures and groups for each. While I’m reasonably sure I can get something out of the Scorecard Fact MDA’s, the best I can do for a Color label is the plaintext name of the color. The colored bubbles in the Mass Edit reports would be a huge upgrade to the visual polish of these reports.
