Link between success plan template and success plans/ctas

I am trying to find all accounts that have used a specific success plan template when creating Success Plans. I can’t seem to be able to find a link between the template and the success plan or CTA itself.

Hi @aparimala on the Call to Action object there is a Lookup to the Success Plan which has a further lookup to Type. Type is the Success Template and you should be able to filter by name.
