Hello,

I am trying to configure CSQL’s so they create opportunities in SFDC instead of leads. Right now we have it set up to create leads and i cannot figure out how to update that to opportunities.

We are switching over to Scorecard 2.0. Will I lose the current manual Sentiment scores? Is there a way to migrate my current manual measures to the new scorecard. I see the history but the current measure is N/A.

@sdrostgainsightcom TY for your help:) The Scorecard History Report I created in Data Designer is now populating with the desired timeline updates. Works great.
