Writing in to request a feature to use for a reminder / to do. Like how tasks are in Salesforce. As it appears, I can make a task but it's a few clicks and layers in from the cockpit, and/or done via an Objective/CTA which isn't very functional. What would be great is from the main page or cockpit or whatever is a button that would make a task, you could assign it to a contact.
Also, the description of a task isn't visible in the “my tasks” or “my ctas” main pages you must click into it to see it, which isn't handy. Like in Salesforce, if you can have the title be longer, we can use that as a description. And like in Salesforce if you can see not only the client but also the contact that's associated with it, that would be very helpful. Happy to have a chat or troubleshoot to find a better way forward to use tasks in GS vs Salesforce or OneNote (As many do). Because as it is, GS doesn’t work for this and we’ll have to use 2 different systems.
See attached for how it is in Salesforce, see how I can see a longer description/title, who it is tied to specifically and the account the contact/task is with? I can create a task right from the home screen, or easily from the client contact’s page. Right now as is in Gainsight, it’s just not practical and needs help.
