How to create report for Accounts without an Open CTA
As stated above, I am trying to create a report for management that shows a list of their teams accounts that don't have an Open CTA.
Is this possible? It might not be with the current data I have via the Call to Action object, but I was wondering if anyone has found a work-around for this? I know it's difficult to report on an abscence of data in Gainsight.
Thank you for the help!!

The work around I've used in the past was like this:
1) create a boolean field on Customer Info (defualted to false)
2) Create a rule that fetchest this data Set fetch count of CTAs, with a filter for status that are open to your organization
3) Then an action that wrties to customers, and maps to the field for ctas. If CTA Count > 0 set the new field to True, if it's 0 set it to false.
