Gainsight API for MDA Table Data for Integration with SaaS Services
Hello, a similar question was posed earlier but is there a Gainsight API available that could read MDA table data and be integrated within another service within my organization, similar to Gainsight Sally

We currently support two methods for extracting data out of Gainsight.

- Amazon S3 export file - using Gainsight Bionic Rules you can query, merge, pivot and transform data into a single CSV file and then export that file to your Gainsight provided S3 bucket. This can be done at any specified frequency as frequently as every 2 hours.
- SFDC object - again using Gainsight Bionic Rules you can query, merge, pivot and transform data and then write that data to one or more SFDC objects (standard and custom) for retrieval and use by SFDC or any other service that can read SFDC objects. This also has a configurable frequency up to every 2 hours.
Thank you, are there any plans to provide API access directly to MDA data without having to set up rule/export/import into another system?
+2We are looking to provide more direct API capabilities to/from Gainsight. We'll have some more information on this roughly around the summer 2018 timeframe.
