New Idea
NPS Tab CTA Followup View
Our senior leadership keeps close tabs on NPS surveys we send out, and would like to use a one-stop shop for an overview. The NPS tab is close, but there's one key piece missing: the CTAs created from the survey and what's being done about them.
I understand that I can create reports/dashboards for this, but that lacks the visuals of the NPS tab and ability to drill down into the individual responses.
Would it be possible to add (or allow us to add) essentially another column to the Promoters/Passives/Detractors report that shows the CTA (if one was created) as well as the most recent comment. That way, everyone can see in one glance what's being done about each CTA.
Another idea would be to allow us to add the individual widgets from the NPS section to a custom dashboard. However, the above would be better.
Currently, we're having to flatten the results of the survey and export to a Google doc every morning, then manually update with what's being done as a followup. We're also having to create our own dashboard in the sheet, since we've taken everything out of Gainsight... not ideal.
