WHO?

After speaking with Adam Joseph, VP of CS, on a fireside chat about Digital-Led CS a few months ago (see here for recording) … myself and Jordan Barker are very excited to share our journey with everyone at Pulse Europe in a few weeks. 🤩 We’ve grown a scaled Digital Customer Success operation from the ground up in just 12 months; innovating, building, failing, experimenting and using data science to build a digital environment to ensure the success of our 8000 customers. 📈

So many think of digital led as being hands off and fully automated outreach. However, your fireside chat talks about how your new digital environment enabled CSMs to be super efficient right from the start of your implementation. It’s the best combination of digital and human touch. Well done @LukeM

You mentioned the growth in scaling Digital Customer Success in 12 months..besides trial and error, what would you say during your experience is one of the biggest shifts that has contributed to your success from when you started?

Hey @danielleallwood - thank you. We loved being there and having the opportunity to share our learnings. Great question…I think there are two major contributing factors.

👩🏻‍🤝‍🧑🏼 The first being human, the trust and feedback culture within the team has enabled us to learn, build and grow.

💾 The second is around the data and technology we use. As Alteryx is a leading data analytics platform, we have been able to leverage our internal skillsets and technology to improve our customers’ digital experience.
