Branching off NPS questions

I have a request from a customer to be able to branch off of an NPS survey. After doing some testing it doesn't appear that this is possible off an "nps" question type.

Hi Abhishek! Is this still being worked on? Our use case is also very similar where a followup questions is shown to 9s and 10s asking to become case studies

Hi,

This use case of showing of followup question can be achieved by applying question branching . You can create a branching logic where a followup question will only be shown if that particular score is selected.
Example :-
If you only want to show a Text box question asking for more details if nps score is 9-10 , then  create a question logic on these score which will show text box question if same score is selected .Question logic can be created by clicking on score(like 9-10) in question screen after creating the question .
Hope this is helpful

Thanks

Also to answer the original question , revamped survey is available now as Survey2.0 which supports more option for branching .

Thanks Vishwajeet! This capability is only available in Survey 2.0 according to my understanding. We have been reserved to move to Survey 2.0 since full functionality is still being built out. Would this be a green signal that our org can start leveraging Survey 2.0?

Hi Sara,

Yes. We are planning to have full feature parity with Survey 2.0 by end of this year along with the migration utility. So, you can definitely start building surveys in survey 2.0.

Do let us know if you hit any issues in configuring the same.

Thanks
Abhishek S
