HTML Editor: Timeline and Email Assist
For Email Assist and Timeline HTML Editor:
1. If you want to format more than one word at a time, you have to do each individually. For example, I want to bold one word in the first sentence, and then, an additional word/phrase in another sentence, I can't select both and do so at the same time. I have to do them individually. Not a big deal for short "notes" but for longer ones, can be a pain. Not sure if there's a way to fix that.
2. For email assist emails, if the email requires you to scroll to fill in/add additional info, the HTML editor is hard to access. Could it be frozen or float with scrolling?
3. We're having some trouble with bullets disappearing from email assist emails when they are sent. The bullets were included in the template. Is it better to not include bullets in template, and then, add them via the Email Assist? Or should they carry over fine? I've submitted a Support ticket on this as well.
