Hello Team,

We recently started building a new use case with Shared 360 and I have collected a lot of feedback from our team regarding flexibility and usability. The shared 360 functionality has essentially been the same since it came out - but im hopeful that a revamp is coming soon, just like the regular 360.

  1. Overall, we need a revamp like the new 360 which allows for a more flexible Summary section.
    1. We really wanted to add a logo for Uber Eats - so the customer knows who sent them the data, but you can’t do that in the current layout.
    2. You cannot rename standard widgets like Health Score
    3. The Horizon 360 attributes sections are so much more flexible than the current shared 360 ones.
  2. When sharing an R360, The customer and relationship name both show, but recipients likely don’t understand why it is showing both. The company name is not relevant to them (the ability to hide or show the company name is probably the most ideal option here)
  3. Permissions should be added for layouts, just like regular 360.
  4. The view is not responsive on mobile AT ALL. In our case, 80% of recipients will open on mobile.
    1. When you first load the page, the side bar takes up the whole screen.
    2. There is a very small arrow to hide the side bar, but then after you do that, there is no arrow to get the side bar back if you want it.
    3. You cannot see the customer / relationship name at the top because it is mostly cutoff.
  5. 360 Section names don’t support foreign characters. We are trying to put Japanese in and it just nulls it out when saving. Attributes and reports allow for Japanese so this is a weird behavior.
  6.
