Currently, when PX user what to communicate with people who have sent feedback via KC bot is little tedious as every time PX user has to copy each email and feedback from UI .
Instead, if there could be a method to send a direct email to people from UI or to copy emails at bulk based on category of feedback and other filters it could ease the process.
+1If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
