Something that I think would be helpful is breadcrumb navigation in Gainsight. If you’ve opened a new tab great, you can just close the tab or switch to the previous one.
It can be super helpful though, to more easily traverse the path you took somewhere if you have that trail. You can often get back to Company or Relationship by finding the right thing to click, but bread crumbing is pretty standard across the web, and could be really helpful.
Probably more so for admins who probably more so for admins who get buried in sub menus like this:
but instead of clicking “General” to go to that tab, have to go back to the main menu panel and find it.
