Service Incident (Dec 07, 2015): Performance Degradation on Rules Engine and Copilot Processing

Current Status:
Our Technical Operations team has identified a performance slowdown in our queue that processes rules engine and copilot that has delayed completion of requests.  Processing is coming back on line; however, you may experience delays in rules and copilot requests as we work on addressing the issue.

Updates will be posted here and you can follow this post to be notified of updates.

Update 12:50 PM PT:  We have made a substantive increase in processing capacity to address the backlog as we work to highlight the root cause of the slowdown.  Rules engine, copilot and data processing are all up and running.

Update 2:24 PM PT: Our processing queues are running at normal levels as of now.
