When I go to create an Outreach, I now get this option, which is not documented. What is it?

Jeff is correct, but thanks, Seth, for pointing out a few documentation misses.

I updated the articles that describe the processes for creating email templates, power lists, and outreaches to include this option.

I think this is for the email internal users function: https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/CoPilot_and_Automated_Email/Admin_Configuration/...

Under Create an Outreach that screenshot is shown.

Thanks Jeff -- it just confused me that I was given the option to pick it during the creation step, instead of in the picklist shown in the first screenshot in the article you linked.

Thanks for your diligence, Lila! Documentation is a babe who never sleeps 😉

Appreciate the call out for the doc team, Seth.  With the rate of new things coming and changes to existing features, plus the short time frames between releases, the Gainsight doc team burns the candle at both ends to get everything taken care of.

And they're champs 😉 Our own documentation leader learned everything she could from your team before diving into her own work.
