It'd be great to be able to nest outreaches within folders, labels, or some sort of hierarchy structure in JO. We have different email campaigns set to deliver scheduled emails to specific customers at different times, and I'd like to review the analytics (opens, clicks, opt-outs) for that entire campaign, instead of having to open each outreach and review the stats for those specific emails.

For example, we have an onboarding process with 6 outreaches scheduled to send 6 emails over 6 weeks to brand new customers. Instead of asking "how well are people receiving the week 1 email?" I'd like to be able to ask, "how is the onboarding outreach program going?" by looking at all 6 outreaches that encompass this process.

Hey Rebecca,

Thanks for your feedback. That's a nice idea. We have that in our roadmap for next quarter.

But as of now, You can create a report from report builder from subject area "Email Logs" and use the filter outreach name =A or B or C or D and have the report added to your dashboard if requires.

Does this address your requirement at the moment?

Hello Rebecca & Sundar,

Is there any current status on this request / roadmap item? I feel it's important that when features are enabled there is a sense of scale kept in consideration. In other words, feature enablement should not differ from Day 1 > Day 90 > Day 180, etc. so not to limit economies and efficiencies. Especially when your trying to holistically view the overall campaign; inclusive, of many outreaches.

Without scalability considerations in mind you have a poorly managed / organized model which will cap / limit your ability to scale. As well as mitigating your Operationalizing economies & efficiencies. So, when a feature like JO is enabled, all of its complimentary capabilities should be scalable-centric so we don't run into limitations.

Lastly, I believe the lack of no Hierarchy / Taxonomy view limits the holistic management of a Macro Campaign made up of many micro outreaches if that resonates? At the end of the day, JO has to provide the Highest Level View all the way down to the Lowest Level View. That way you have full transparency across the Campaign(s). Thanks in advance for any updates / status on this item. Take care.
