Currently reports default to list chart components either alphabetically or numerically. We have some components that make no sense when listed alphabetically, and to get them in order we have to add a number to the beginning in order for them to appear in the right order (i.e. we have Roadmap phases, and in order for them to be listed in the correct order in a bar graph, we have to add a number, otherwise they get disorganized).
It would be nice to be able to re-arrange chart components.
