Sponsor Tracking Visible within Salesforce

The general idea is to make the status of Sponsor Tracking visible on the Contact record for reporting and use within Co-Pilot filtering. If our AMs go through the process of configuring contacts for Sponsor Tracking in Gainsight, we don't want to duplicate that work by setting a flag on the Contact record as well.

Hi Kristin,

   Please look at the below screenshot to filter Sponsor Tracking Contacts when building Power List.



Please add Status as the "Select fields" in Power List. You can see the last dropdown where SponsorTracking::Contact is selected. When you use this Power List, emails will be sent to SponsorTracking::Contact::Email.
