C360: PDF export to include ALL C360 sections

When we export the C360 page as PDF, only Gainsight sections are included. We would like to have all sections (showing SFDC objects) as part of the PDF file.

Hi Irit,

Thanks very much for the feedback. PDF export of all 360 sections is currently not on our roadmap as the team is focused on a number of other reporting and export priorities and exporting the salesforce sections in PDF would be a significant undertaking. That said, we will keep the request in mind as we evolve the longer term roadmap.

Thanks,

Sumesh

I agree. This is a real downer. The Export to PDF is incredibly useful since you can quickly share it with someone. This is critical functionality.

The unfortunate fact that you do not include the "ExternalReport" Type makes Export nearly useless for us and probably a lot of other folks who include customized reports in the CS360.

In terms of user experience, perhaps you could throw a dialog so your users don't expect to see everything, and receive an email containing only native objects. I had a to file a support ticket to find out.

Just let me know if I need to file another request here, but I think Irit has it covered. Basically, we need to see the graphs that we create by importing sections into the CS360.

Not having this ability is hindering adoption as we need to be able to quickly share the value of Gainsight with fellow employees.

Best Regards, -Keith

Further, the ability to choose which sections to include in the export would be helpful. For example, the single snapshot of usage may not be valuable but, specific Reports 2.0 sections would be valuable. The use case is a single document for details that would be delivered to a client with some 360 information containing more internal information.

This is a major downfall of the exporting capabilities.

I want to be able to send a PDF to an Exec.  The ability to modify this feature is critical.  As it is currently written it is not even a usable feature for us.

I like this, but for me, I really need to see what my Summary is and not what GS defined 3 years ago as what we want.  We dont' use revenue, so why is that my export?
