Are there plans to allow for loading non-NPS survey data into Gainsight?

Are there plans to allow for loading non-NPS survey data into Gainsight?  I'm working with a customer that's successfully loading NPS but is very interested getting non-NPS information in Gainsight as well.  Although loading to the MDA would allow for some reporting, that approach doesn't allow you to take advantage of any of the existing Survey capabilities so it's very limited in usefulness.  Thank you!

    As you know, the survey object model is pretty complicated -- as it needs to be to support all the functionality.  We are making good progress in simpler ways to *read* survey data so that Rules and Reports etc. can work more easily on survey data.  Being able to *write* data back into the survey objects is going to continue to be pretty tough, however.   What, beyond reporting, is most important to do with imported survey data?

    Thanks, Brian.  I guess what I want to figure out is the following: if you bring that data into Gainsight as 'just data' -- e.g. in a custom MDA object -- you can do certain things with it, e.g. reports 2.0 stuff.  On the other hand, it was in the Gainsight Survey format, either because it was generated initially as Gainsight survey data or you somehow brought it in from the outside as Gainsight survey data (though that is not realistic today), you would get certain other capabilities.  Based on Elaine's post, I understand that there is a preference for having it as 'survey data' and am wondering what are the critical things that you want to do with the data that is possible with survey but not with just a raw MDA object.

    1)Survey text analytics is the key feature we miss by loading data into MDA object.

    2)We use the survey in Gainsight and also the similar survey from other application like qualitrics.So we want to see all data in one place (Survey response report).C360.We will need to have two sections/use a DD to join the data which is not so good option to choose.

    We might have to choose Qualtics surveys over GS,as it lacks (multi language text analyics,CSM can’t manage the survey questions by them self and we can’t have a logic to change survey questions based on the company attributes Ex:I would like to show 3 questions if the company ARR is x and 5 questions if the ARR y.(or) Send a set of questions based on the product the customer has subscripbed for. We might be able to achieve it by custom implementation but that will be difficult to manage.)
