Timeline does not support European date format

Was talking to a customer and this came up.

Our EMEA offices have noticed that's been a problem in the cockpit concerning dates. In Europe, we've set it to the format DD/MM/YYYY. Gainsight is trying to serve that format. When they choose the calendar dropdown, they have no problems clicking on dates up until the 12 of each month for the DD/MM format. When they go over this date, it tells them to choose a valid date. How they've circumvented it in the cockpit so far, is by manually typing in the MM/DD/YYYY format. However, this doesn't work in the Beta timeline and we can't save the note.
Any plans to change how the dates show up in the timeline?

Thanks for the feedback Alex.
Is my understanding correct that users are unable to save notes if any activity is taken between 12th and 31st of any month because of MM/DD format issue?

Hi Sandeep,

Alex is correct, Gainsight does not support DD/MM format and our team in EMEA is unable to use the timeline activity function due to this issue. Is there a plan to fix this?

@venkatesh , if I understand you comment correctly the formatting has been fixed.
Are you able to provide some guidance on how to achieve the DD/MM/YYYY format?

Thanks!
