Right now you can only log Standard Outreaches to the Account level in SFDC. It would be great if you could choose the object you want to log to based on the way you generated the PowerList.

We use a robust renewal automation workflow and it would be WONDERFUL to have a solution like this to log emails to Opportunities. Right now, we have a wonky way of accomplishing this, but it does not include the body of the email. Additionally, our workflow breaks regularly and thus logs nothing.

+1  We built SFDC Activity logging base on Email Logs after all Outreaches are sent in order to tag these.  We struggle with this approach on a continual basis when Outreaches are delayed > 2 hours from their scheduled time as the jobs run into each other.

Hi Ben,

Thanks for sharing this idea. We will prioritize in the roadmap and address it. The timeline for this is not known at this point in time.

Thanks

This is a big need for us as well. If we are sending communications to automate the onboarding process, why wouldn't we have those communications associated to our project object in Salesforce?

Hey Samantha,

I actually found a way to do this, albeit in a round about way. Here is the workflow: https://community.gainsight.com/conversations/how-to-log-journey-orchestrator-jo-emails-to-other-objects-5c51f77ee4b0a5336f438d1e

Hope that is helpful to you!
