What's the difference between the "Triggered On" and "Triggered Date" fields in Gainsight's Email Logs?

I'm trying to limit a follow-up outreach's power list to only include email log records that were from emails sent exactly 14 days ago, and then I'll schedule the outreach to run daily.

Thanx!

Hi Seth,

When MDA (Outreach/Rule) initiates an email, 'Triggered date' is set to current datetime value in email logs. When MDA gets confirmation that email has been sent via email providers, 'Triggered On' is set to current datetime value in email logs.

Thanks,

Pavan

Hi Seth!

Triggered On is the actual date and time the email was sent out whereas the Triggered Date is the time it was scheduled to go out.  In the example below you'll notice there is a few minutes difference between Date (7:00 am) and On (7:06am) dictating the actual time it was delivered.
