Depending on a survey response, we would want to give a different playbook, but the CTA generation in a program does not give the option to add multiple actions or criteria like you are able to in rules

@sai_ram  yes that would be helpful. We are doing our CTAs outside of the program for this because we need to be able to have the more detailed rule criteria the rules engine provides

@andreammelde I was able to work around this in some cases by using the conditional wait.  An example would be for our NPS follow up, we have a conditional wait to filter by the score, and then, generate the appropriate CTA with playbook.  I know that won’t work for all cases though, so agree it would be good to add some filtering there.  :grinning:

This is a valid use-case. We are working on bringing in pure dynamic capabilities where you can create multiple paths and create CTAs with different playbooks for different survey responses. In the meantime, Heather’s suggestion should work.
