It would be great to be able to set company holidays that can then have a selection in the playbook to skip company holidays and weekends like you are currently able to set skip weekends in the playbook option and rule due date.

this would allow each account to set the dates they have out for their company - or dates where there is a known all company activity (IE Pulse).

This came up bc I was applying a playbook and the due date landed on Christmas and New Years Day

I’d add that it would be great to schedule wait times based on business days (weekends at least)  to reduce weekend sends.

it would be great if the admin could create this and set it to the user as well. We are a global company and our EMEA, APAC, and North America teams have different holidays to consider

I think this would be an important function to implement this feature as part of a rule - allow the admin to configure a dynamic holiday schedule based on one or more company/contact/person fields.

Would be helpful if that translated to survey schedules as well.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. While we cannot immediate accomodate this, we understand that this a valid use case and will consider it in our medium term roadmap.
