As we transition more and more to Scorecards 2.0, feature parity with Scorecards 1.0 remains a priority so as to not limit functionality during this phase.
When working with Gainsight's Zendesk Widget, we currently do not support the health score widget when built off of Scorecards 2.0 data. This creates a product gap due to the transition from Scorecards 1.0 to 2.0.
Our customers have expressed their interest in having Scorecard 2.0 widgets supported in the Gainsight App in Zendesk as well.

+1Gainsight team: being able to look at the scorecard from ZenDesk was THE use case for our support team to leverage the Gainsight widget. It is unfortunate that the widget doesn't support the features that are enforced on the platform (mandate to use Scorecard 2.0) and really hurts the visibility of Gainsight within our company. It would be ideal if we could get some ETAs on when you are planning on incorporating this. Thanks!
+4Hi Marcelo, sorry to hear that you are missing out on this key feature. As per the update I received, this will be available with the winter release planned for the last week of Feb 2018.
