Reports 2.0: No legend showing up when only one record type exists

This is fairly minor, but I still think important enough to address.

When I create a report with 2 qualifiers in the By: field (i.e. CSM and CSM Segment), and records appear for both qualifiersI correctly have a legend that shows me what each color stands for, i.e:

When I have a similar report with 2 qualifiers in the By: field (i.e. CSM and CSM Segment) and only one type of record currently meets the criteria for the second qualifer, no legend appears:

In the above example, only "Standard Touch" CSM Segment records are displaying right now (in the future this should pick up more records that fall under different segments).  Even though there are no High Touch segment records that show up on this report right now, I think it still important to have a legend that shows what Segment these records belong to.

This issue appears whether or not I export an image or put it on a dashboard.

I've noticed that too, and I've definitely gotten questions from my dashboard viewers about it.

Hi,
I recently started going through all of the unanswered posts. Currently this is still a limitation in the product for line, stacked,Area, Column and bar charts, but this can be achieved by Pie chart.
We would look to this thread if other customers also want the same functionality, if we have good numbers we will add this request to our road-map.
